- 122502: A Buddhist going to Mass, have you heard of that before? Anyhow,
it was a great Christmas Eve. After having going to Dykers Heights in Brooklyn
to look at Christmas lights, then we went to East the Japanese Restaurant
to have a Japanese style Holiday Feast. After that, we went to Rockafeller
Plaza to look at the tree. I even got to take a picture with Stitch,
from Lilo and Stitch. Then we went to Mass...after Mass, it started
snowing, and didn't stop...we're snowed in, and it's Christmas day! So, I
made sugar cookies :)
120802 - 121302: It's amazing how a human being can be able to pull two alnighters in a row within a week, like not sleeping for 36hours for one day and then another 32hours after that, with only two cups of Carte Noire: Cafe Noir, le Arabica Exclusif and one serving of Jasmine Bubble tea avec honey. Well, that's life, I guess, when you're in architecture... and that's one reason I'm trying to get out of it, b/c when sleep is sucked out of you you'll start speaking in another language that no one understands...or maybe worse...delirium isn't a pretty thing, and for those who know how that feels please feel free to sign my guestbook. And, btw, whoever feels like clubbing or lounging next week, AIM or ICQ me soon, b/c I need to get exams out of my system.

- 120502: PARIS!!! What a trip! One of the few trips I will never forget.
I have to say that I loved the city, and that the people were not as bad as
the Americans make them. Breezed through all the namely museums. Moulin Rouge
on the first night. Versailles on the second day, and other stuff for the
rest of the trip! Went to all the main locations, and shopped at all the best
shopping malls: Lafayette, Printemps, etc. Not to mention the lovely breakfasts
at Brioche Doree! The Pain du Chocolate were delicious! Not to mention the
Evian Limited Edition glass water bottles I bought- lugged it all the way
from Monoprix back here. Anyhow, the worst came last...mother and I missed
our flight. So, we ended up going shopping instead. I treated mother and I
to two Longchamp bags from Printemps, they were having this great sale! So
happy. I also go my favourite TinTin comic book [hardcover!!! First Edition!!!].
Anyhow, I've learnt an important lesson... never go to the airport with 1min
left to departure, and never argue with mother--ever! Ou...and one more thing
~~~ Popstars FRANCE!!! www.popstars.fr
the new band is called What For and their song is "Plus Haut". Pictures
will be on it's way, please be patient! :)
103102:
Oh what an interesting day, other than the fact that it was too cold for me
to personally trek all the way downtown to Greenwich Village to watch the
parade. I went to watch Frida with Dana, and as usual, what is any adventure
with Dana without some crazy drooling, newspaper waving guy involved. Let's
just say, we ran to the next train stall, I got into the train before the
doors closed but Dana ended up stuck on the W79th St Platform. The Pro of
that night was the fact that Frida was an excellent movie. Other than that,
hey things happen I guess.
101502 - 101602: I just can't believe it, yet another week of not sleeping.
As crazy as this sounds, yes, I pulled another all nighter. This was shorter
than last weeks, only didn't sleep for 30 hours. Last week was a crazy not
sleeping for 36 hours. I don't think I can manage that for long, 'cause I'll
just get bad skin after that. :P
101202 - 101302: Upstate New York
Yes, I went upstate to a few interesting places. Ones that were worth mentioning
were: Lake Placid, Lake George, and Ausable Chasm. Went river rafting in Ausable
Chasm, but it was more like river paddling, since the waves were so very dull.
100802 - 102202: ARGHHH!!! Midterms Midterms Midterms!!! In subjects like:
Economics, American City and Urban Planning, and French. Also working on this
Senior Seminar Digital Archive Project.
September 2002
091702: Interesting Day. Could be one of my worst,
feel so betrayed and confused. Anyhow, all I can say is that this lady that
I used to work for is insane and needs a real adjustment in reality. She honestly
needs to learn that life is not just a small private institution, and asking
for Pity from your employees is not healthy. I think my bad Karma is finally
getting back to me, b/c everything was just going on so well, and I was loving
all my classes. [Argh]
091502: Karen, Darin and I went to Six Flags Great Adventure in New Jersey.
Although we didn't have time for the Safari, what a wonderful and exciting
day. The day didn't start till late 11am, and on the way to the fab theme
park we were held up by a small problem... a flat tire. Thanks to the
fact that I've changed a few flats myself, and Darin's handy man skills we
were able to change the flat in less than 35minutes. Great time for novices
like us.
Then we proceeded to a wonderful, rainy, stormy, and wet day at Six Flags.
Although there were no lines at the park, since it was a Sunday and it was
cloudy for most of the day, we had to stop a few times to wait for the rides
to reopen, b/c T-Storms were predicted. It was a fun day overall, I would
do that again in no time. Btw, I also won the Go-Kart Racing and Karen won
the Wack-a-mole contest. Tee Hee Hee...
091002 - 091302: Great Week, liking my classes and hope that it'll be all
smooth for the whole semester. Still haven't been to my Senior Seminar class,
but I'm sure it'll be a blast [whatever].
My Fall Schedule 2002
090702: Award Presented by Prince Edward himself. Got to meet his wife the
Countess. She was beautiful, looked kind of like Diana. A little shorter than
me, and blonde. They were both extremely easy to speak with, however, the
Countess had this "ladying in calling" behind her everytime someone was speaking
to her seemed like she was controlling what the Countess had to say. *shrugs*
But whatever.
090602 - 090902: Going to Toronto to have my Duke of
Edinburgh Gold Award be Presented by His Royal Highness the Earl of Wessex,
CVO [Prince Edward]
Duke
of Edinburgh Program
